All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for events listed on this website. Events are subject to change in date, time or scheduled act at anytime. In the case of an event cancellation, refunds will be provided via the method of payment originally used.
Convenience charges are non-refundable. All tickets are will call unless otherwise noted. Tickets may be picked up at the venue box office or designated will call check in area up to one hour prior to the event start time. No refunds will be processed for will call tickets left unclaimed at the box office.
The person whose name the tickets were purchased under must have valid state or federally issued photo ID when claiming tickets. No refunds will be processed for patrons who do not have valid identification and are denied entry. You are responsible for checking the age minimum for the event. No refunds will be processed for patrons who are denied entry due to not having valid identification for admittance to an 18+ or 21+ performance.
Any order sent standard US Mail does not require a signature or tracking number and is used at your own risk. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for lost packages unless secure delivery is used. |
