AS WE ALL KNOW THE HISTORIC LODGE WAS LOST TO A FIRE IN JUNE OF 2007, BUT THERE IS STILL PLENTY OF HISTORY LEFT! BE THE ONE TO REBUILD AND KEEP THIS COLORADO TRADITION ALIVE FOR THE NEXT 100 YEARS. WE STILL HAVE THE CABINS AND YURTS PLUS OVER 20 ACRES OF BEAUTIFUL RIVER FRONT COMMERCIALLY ZONED PROPERTY RIPE WITH POSSIBILITIES.
